We have a theory that under communism expression was so limited that now people are making up for lost time. This manifests in many different ways and decorating is no exception. It’s the same in Romania too! They’ve finally started insulating some of the buildings and painting their awful grey facades! I personally don’t care what bright and wacky colours they use! ANYTHING is better than grey!
